This notice explains how personal data is processed on the www.haltin.com.tr website, operated by Haltin Global Dan. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Haltin”). Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Haltin is the data controller.

This website uses no cookies, performs no visitor tracking and hosts no third-party analytics or advertising services. All site assets, including fonts, are served from our own server; your browser sends no request to an external server while viewing these pages.
Only if you complete the contact form do we process the data you send us:
- Name and surname
- E-mail address
- Company name
- Telephone number (if you choose to share it)
- Any information contained in your message
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and maintain communication. The legal basis is Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest). Under the GDPR the corresponding bases are Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
Your data is not used for marketing purposes, is not sold to third parties and is not transferred abroad.
Retention period
Contact enquiries are retained for a maximum of 2 years after the enquiry is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred at home or abroad; to request rectification if it is incomplete or incorrect; to request erasure or destruction; and to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems.
