Hakan Altınkeser is the founding partner and principal of Haltin Global. With over 25 years of experience in sectors such as textiles, power generation, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, home appliances, automotive, and plastic injection, he brings a practical and well-rounded perspective to his work.

Holding an MSc in Industrial Engineering, Hakan has a background that includes professional experience in Egypt, Turkey, and Germany.

His expertise covers international business, trading, manufacturing investments, M&A advisory, business policy, strategic management, business development, project management, purchasing, sourcing, subcontracting, and supplier management.

Koray Kızıltaş joined Haltin as a partner and has more than 15 years of experience in various manufacturing companies.

His main competencies are plastic mould design and manufacturing, automation unit design and manufacturing, project management, supplier management and supplier development.

Ali Gül is a sworn financial consultant and independent auditor.

He contributes to transaction processes on tax structuring, financial due diligence and post-closing compliance, and supports foreign investors in planning their tax obligations in Turkey.

Yavuz Pulgu is a certified public accountant and independent auditor.

He works on financial reporting, evaluation of internal control systems and audit processes, and contributes to pre-transaction financial reviews.

Gökhan Koraltürk holds an MSc degree in mechanical engineering.

He works on supply chain audit, supplier capacity assessment and the improvement of production processes, and leads the technical audit workstream in due diligence processes.
