Key indicators

Indicator Value presented in the teaser
Asking price USD 750,000
2025 revenue Approximately USD 1.33 million
Indicative FY2025 net profit margin 20%
Simple payback period Approximately 2.8 years
Seller-presented theoretical annual capacity 268.8 million units on two shifts; 483.8 million on three shifts
Actual FY2025 output and capacity utilisation Disclosed to qualified investors in the IM/data room after NDA

Simple payback is calculated as the asking price divided by indicative FY2025 net profit. It excludes inventory, working capital, taxes, financing, transaction and potential relocation costs. The financial figures are indicative management information supplied by the seller and have not been presented as adjusted EBITDA.

Investment highlights

  • Full vertical integration: Production processes from five-colour Flexo printing to punching and forming are handled in-house.
  • Modern machinery: High-efficiency 2021-model production lines were commissioned in 2022.
  • Quality and hygiene infrastructure: The facility is BRC Food Standard compliant and equipped with 100% automated vision inspection.
  • Theoretical capacity: Seven cup machines, Flexo printing, a Feida punch press and packaging lines support two- or three-shift operations. Theoretical capacity depends on shift length, operating days, product mix, OEE and downtime assumptions.
  • Operational flexibility: The buyer may continue operating at the existing leased premises or relocate the machinery line to its own facility.

Growth potential

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) increases the focus on recyclability, material selection and reuse solutions. The existing printing, punching and forming platform can support the development of paper cup, bowl and lid formats, subject to applicable material, product and food-contact compliance. Its vertical integration creates an additional opportunity for private-label production for coffee chains and other corporate customers.

The opportunity may suit SMEs and investors seeking export-led growth, vertical expansion in packaging, or a ready-to-operate manufacturing platform.
